Tim Geng is a MemorialConsultant at InvoCare and a Justice of the Peace in New South Wales, with a diverse professional background spanning retail leadership, small business ownership, and funeral services. 

​

Tim previously served as a Team Leader at Woolworths, where he developed strong capabilities in team management, operations coordination, and customer service excellence. 

​​

Tim also operated as a Bakers Delight franchisee, gaining hands-on experience in business management, staff leadership, and community-based service delivery.

​​

Tim holds a Master of Ministry from the Australian Chinese Theological College. 

​​

With over 20 years of active involvement in church ministry, he has served in preaching, teaching, and discipleship formation, particularly within Chinese migrant communities in Australia.

Tim is the founder of the Life Workshop Reading Fellowship, an initiative focused on cultivating spiritual growth through structured reading and reflective learning. 

​​

Tim has also been actively involved in a range of ministry initiatives, including contributing to the advancement of gospel-centred urban church planting movements inspired by Tim Keller.

Tim brings an integrative approach that combines historical, literary, and theological perspectives.

Tim is passionate about connecting faith with everyday life, designing pathways for spiritual formation, and serving communities with wisdom, compassion, and cultural insight.
