Jenny Li is a Founding Director of Top Synergy Alliance (TSA), a platform dedicated to connecting trusted professionals and cultivating leaders who integrate faith, wisdom, and work to create meaningful and lasting impact.

Jenny is an entrepreneur and strategic leader with over 14 years of experience across accounting, tax advisory, and business consulting. As the Founder of Top Figures Business Solutions and Top Grants Pty Ltd, she has built and led businesses from the ground up, developing a deep understanding of how organisations grow, adapt, and make critical decisions over time.

Her strength lies not only in her technical expertise as a Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ), but in her ability to operate at a strategic level—seeing beyond immediate issues to the underlying structure of a business, identifying long-term direction, and guiding leaders through complex and uncertain environments. She works closely with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), helping them move from fragmentation to clarity, and from short-term pressure to sustainable, purpose-driven growth.

Jenny’s leadership approach is shaped by both disciplined management thinking and a faith-centered understanding of work and purpose. Influenced by Peter Drucker’s philosophy of management and Pastor Timothy Keller’s theology of work, she integrates strategy and faith into a lived and practical leadership approach.
